We want you to love your Rifle Paper Co. products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused and unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items, final sale products, and wallpaper rolls are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Pack Your Items
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely and attach the printed shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
